If you need to return an item they charge you additional fees plus shipping charges unless you buy something else from them then the waive the additional fee. Have never dealt with a company that handles returns in such a way.

I Called Spyder myself and they said this was a common problem with these lights. They were just waiting on A/Anything to request a refund and they would gladly refund my lights. They suggested to go through Amazon! Can you believe that!
